Keily User Agreement

Welcome to Keily! This User Agreement ("Terms") is a contract between you and Keily. By downloading, accessing, or using the Keily app and its services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Keily Does
Keily is an AI-powered service that allows you to generate images from text prompts and interact with AI characters. We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the Service.

2. Your Responsibilities (User Conduct)
You are responsible for how you use Keily. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate Harmful or Illegal Content: Create, share, or request content that is abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or that promotes illegal activities.
Infringe on Rights: Violate anyone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
Harass Others: Use the AI characters or any generated content to bully, threaten, or harass any person.
Misuse the Service: Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

3. Who Owns the Content?

Your Prompts and Outputs: You retain ownership of the unique text prompts you write. The AI-generated images you create belong to you.
Our Technology: The Keily app, its underlying AI technology, and all the pre-existing software and design are and will remain the exclusive property of Keily and its licensors.

4. Our Disclaimers (Important, Please Read!)

AI is Not Perfect: The Service is provided "as is." Generated images and AI character responses may be inaccurate, unexpected, or contain errors. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the output.
No Bad Advice: Any content or advice provided by AI characters is for entertainment and creative inspiration only. It should not be considered professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
Service Changes: We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keily and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important. How we collect, use, and share your information is detailed in our separate Privacy Policy (see above). By using Keily, you agree to the practices described in that policy.

7. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Keily. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.
