In-App Deletion: Go to ‘Profile’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Data & Privacy’ > ‘Request Account Deletion. ’ Follow the prompts to confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Email Request: Contact us at [email protected] with your registered email or username to request deletion. We will process your request within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleted data (e.g., text prompts, images, AI character preferences) will be removed from our servers, except where required by law (e.g., retained for 1 year for legal compliance).
